Before logging into Matchday you need to have the right details and roles on your FAN account. You will need:
- A unique FAN number with a unique email on it.
- To have an active role as a player (league approved) or as a manager or coach.*
- To be correctly linked as a parent to a league approved player.
- To know your correct email and password.
Please note:
If your league does not use Whole Game System to register their players or Full Time for their fixtures you will not be able to use Matchday however this becomes mandatory for all clubs for the 2021/2022 season.
If you do not have an email on your FAN then email into your county FA with your name and date of birth, as well as the email you wish to use.
*Any action, including password resets, involving a player under the age of 16 should be completed by the linked parent/guardian with the parent's/guardian's details ie date of birth.
