When Full-Time is not releasing SMS or Stat Entries for teams, this is usually due to a team within Other Fixtures being selected which does not have a short code.
For example, if you was looking to setup a fixture whereby the away team was "Hailsham Town" you would need to select the record which has the appropriate shortcode next to it (highlighted in brackets). This will then allow an SMS to be released if the team is setup within SMS and allow the team admin's to input results as necessary.
